A girl said she found a plea for help in her Christmas card. The seller is investigating.




A British retailer halted work with a Chinese factory after the discovery of the note, attributed to prisoners “forced to work against our will.” The company said to have supplied the cards denied any use of forced labor, and the Chinese government also denounced the allegations.
