Weingarten: Yes.

The attorney adds he doesn’t want to characterize it without it in front of him.”We do know we’re dealing with ancient conduct,” he says, referring to conduct between 2002 and -05.

“That should chill the blood of every defense attorney who negotiates a deal with the United States,” he adds, referring to potential voiding of NPA.Epstein’s attorney calls the risk of flight “dramatically overstated,” claiming that a bracelet, supervision or bonds could cut it.

Judge Pitman asks whether he would like to adjourn the detention hearing, which is Epstein’s right under the statute.Rossmiller on Weingarten calling the conduct “ancient”: The prosecutor notes that it is not beyond the statute of limitations.
